Are you a highly skilled professional with a passion for providing exceptional client-centered therapeutic services? We have an exciting opportunity for a Counselor II Outpatient to join our client's team at the on-site main campus in DeFuniak Springs, FL.
🔑 Responsibilities:
As a Counselor II Outpatient, you will:
✔️ Deliver exceptional client-centered therapeutic services utilizing advanced knowledge.
✔️ Serve as a consultant and mentor to Bachelor's Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians, as well as other staff members.
✔️ Provide guidance and support to the team, leveraging your extensive expertise.
✔️ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and LCI and division standards.
✔️ Assume a leadership position in the direct care provision, leveraging your advanced knowledge and degree.
✔️ Perform a wide range of therapeutic services, including assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person-centered services, and managing client risk and safety.
