- Provide inpatient, outpatient, and on-call psychiatric services for adult and child clients.
- Conform to regulatory standards and principles of medical ethics in all duties.
- Attend MSO meetings, document services, conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and more.

- Active participation in monthly MSO meetings.
- Compliance with licensing, credentialing, and privileging requirements.
- Timely documentation and reporting of psychiatric services.
- Conduct admission evaluations, check medications, and note patient progress.
- Deliver outpatient therapy, medication management, and psychiatric evaluations.
- Handle emergency psychiatric evaluations.
- Collaborate in case staffing and conferences.
- Perform inpatient evaluations and follow-up.
- Provide on-call services and consultation as needed.
- Maintain compliance with guidelines and psychiatric standards.
- Complete necessary forms for reimbursement.
- Offer consultation to community physicians.
- Flexibility to meet business needs.
🔑 **Must Have's:** 🔑
- Hold a valid Florida MD license.
- Certification or eligibility as a Board Certified Psychiatrist (preferred).
- Eligibility for privileging at appropriate hospitals.
- Ability to participate in State or Federal funded programs.
- Pass organization screening and background checks.
